Setting up your account

Congratulations! You've been invited to join an exciting community with an organization that you have been a part of in the past.

You received an email invite to your inbox. Let's walk through how to get set up.

Click on the Get Started button to be redirected to the website, where you'll have an opportunity to complete your account.

Create your account to get started. The email that was invited is shown, but you can choose to change that email if necessary. Once you've entered in your email and confirmed your password, you will receive a second email to confirm your account.

Find the email (it will come from [email protected]), copy and paste the code into the confirmation box, and hit confirm. You're almost there!

On the next screen, click the Accept Invite button to join your organization.

You've joined the organization! Congrats! Just a couple of items left to fill out your profile and get started.

This information will apply to your user. If you join other organizations through our platform, this data will apply to those organizations as well.

You may see different profile values to enter based on your organization's preferences. You may leave them blank if you'd like, but we do recommend filling in a About You. Don't worry, you can go back and change it later.

Then, click on Next: Your Organization's Items

The content on this page will be customized for your organization. Spend a few minutes to choose values that make sense for you. You can change all of this later.

When you're set, click on Finish. You'll be taken to your organization Welcome page. Read the content there or watch the video, and then click on Get Started to dive into your community.
