Let's take a quick tour on how you get around in the application.

Desktop

If you're on your computer, you'll see something like this:

On the left hand side of the screen, you'll find links to each section of the site that you have access to. These links only populate if there is content in a specific section, so you may see more or less links here based on how your organization is using the application.

In the upper right hand corner, you can click on your profile picture to show more links.

These links include:

  • Your profile page

  • The organization's welcome page

  • Support

  • Privacy Policy

  • Terms of Service

  • Log Out

Also, note that you can reach your profile from the header on the home page.

Mobile

If you're on mobile, it's a little bit different.

Use the hamburger menu to open up the list of sections you have access to. These will be the same links you have access to on the desktop view.

Your profile picture will also still open the same links as before.

Also, notice that your organization's logo has changed to an icon view. You're still on the same site, it's just a bit more compact.

Administrators

If you're an administrator, you'll have an additional Cog menu icon next to your avatar menu. Use that to access the administrative features you have access to. This image shows a System Administrator's menu.

The Cog menu is in the same upper right location on desktop.

Note: While administrating the site is possible on a mobile device, it is a more pleasant experience on a device with a larger display.
