Your organization has a number of content types that they could use to communicate with you. These include News, Galleries, Media items, Events and In Memoriam. We'll take a look at a couple of these specifically, but there are a couple of things you should know in general.

Like and Comment

You can interact with all content types by liking the content or writing a comment. Give it a try!

You can Like from the list view:

And you can comment or like from the detail view. Click on the title, the Learn More link at the bottom, or the Learn More link in the ... menu.

You can Like and Comment on the detail view:

Filter and Search from the List View

Click on any content type from the left nav or top nav to see the list view.

From here, there are a few other things you can do.

  1. Use the search box at the top to search by content title.

  2. Use the Filter box on the right side to filter by tag.

  3. If there are a lot of content items, use the Load More button to get more content items to show up

Media Library

Your organization may choose to call this section something else, like Podcasts or Videos. With an item of this type, it works a little differently on the list view.

You can click on the featured image to open up the video or audio player without going to the detail page first.

Galleries

Your organization may choose to call this section something else like Photos or Albums. With an item of this type, the detail page is a little different.

The detail page has a featured image, title, and potentially a caption. You can like the entire gallery from here, and see a preview of the photos. There may also be a Load More button at the bottom of the page if there are a lot of photos.

From this thumbnail view, you can click on the Heart icon to like the photo. Or click on the View Photo button to get the full details and comments.

If you're the first person to view the photo, it may take just a moment to load up. Once it does, you can like the photo with the Heart icon, comment on the photo, read other member's comments, or click on the < or > icons to go to the next photo.

Additionally, you can use the arrow keys on your desktop computer, or on mobile, you can swipe left or right to move through the gallery.
